LA Metro Chamber has opened up their annual Scholarship Application Process for adult learners who live or work in Androscoggin County. Employers are encouraged to share the application with their employees ahead of the April 26th deadline. Two types of scholarships are available – the Chamber Member Employee Scholarship and the College 4 ME Scholarship. The College 4 ME Scholarship awards a minimum of $500 to an individual who has a high school diploma or equivalent, and has been out of school (HS or college) for more than a year. The Chamber Member Employee Scholarship awards a minimum of $1,000 to an employee of a member of the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
